La Patisserie
La Patisserie greets visitors and locals with an array of European style pastries baked daily in small batches from scratch. On any given morning, the air will carry fragrances of freshly baked lemon tarts, chocolate croissants, raspberry cobblers, or lemon blueberry scones.
Later in the morning the artisan breads will have finished their second rise and enter the clay bottomed ovens. By late morning, guests can break apart kalamata olive bread and smother it with goat cheese, or enjoy lemon rosemary bread with a glass of wine and fig jam. For those with a heartier appetite, a gourmet sandwich on a french baguette will be available.
The lavender infused cream brulees, the luscious lemon cake, the whole orange cakes, or the decadent flourless chocolate cake are the perfect accompaniment for friends and an afternoon tea. The tea? Only Ahmad Teas, imported from England are served.
